can you let me know the pending update file name or version please and the s/n of the device(s) … I installed a DSP or ARM update on both EL100V2 devices a few days ago, but am not sure it was the one are asking me to wait for. There are no updates pending right now, it might have already been done.
I think there are still Schedule related issues:
SOC range = 15% ~ 98%
0:00 ~ 7:00 = Off Peak
7:00 ~ 15:00 = Peak
15:00 ~ 16:00 Off Peak
16:00 ~ 21:00 Peak
21:00 ~ 23:00 Undefined
23:00 ~ 23:59 Off Peak
at 06:00 this morning SOC = 70% Grid Input = 0 (should have been charging - wasn’t)
at 19:49 this evening SOC = 43% Grid Input ?
at 19:50 this evening SOC = 43% Grid Input = 723 (output = 123) (charging - should not be tho)
at 20:03 this evening SOC = 50% Grid Input = 0 (output =123)
I have ran into this issue with the Apex 300 and the Elite 100 v2 and solved it, maybe it’ll work for you if you haven’t figured it out yet or someone else comes along.
I have the units connected to wifi, but when you’re in the app in the My Devices list, clicking the 3 dots on the right side of the unit that isn’t working with the schedule properly (this is android, might be different ios) and click Bluetooth. You can go into your device’s TOU schedule and back out, I don’t think you need to change anything, and it should solve it.I have to do this every Day Light Saving to have it actually update as well.
If it doesn’t, try again by clicking Bluetooth in the menu you see when you first open the app below add device. This menu will come up with “Available Devices” and you will need to click the affected one.
Hopefully that helps someone, supposedly their going to overhaul the app soon so I don’t know how useful this is. I hope nothing gets bugged when they do this, I might stay on this software for a while.
