@Selfmadestrom yes it was actually a prize winning, not a gift (there is a difference). If you win something like a car, the manufacturer just doesn’t cover the product. Also, it is “supposedly” a firmware issue that they can’t “push” to me successfully which is odd but that is another issue. I don’t want it “replaced” just repaired to work like it has for the past couple years. I am unsure if this situation was caused by a prior firmware update. It is a random annoying occurance with “PV in” shutting down and they are familar with the problem.
