@bumpfmurzel Please provide me with the SN and the tech team will check.
I have two eb3a but one of the two is not working as a power bank. It is charged 100% but when I take out the 220 input power it turns of and all the charging options are not working anymore. Does any one have a solution?

@bumpfmurzel You mentioned that the EB3A cannot be charged since the firmware upgrade, do you remember whether you updated the DSP or the ARM? Do you remember the previous version? I’m sorry we can’t find the update record.
Hi,
The EB240 cann´t be updated. I only updatet the EB3A.
The EB3A shows during charging behind a EB240 “Network Frequency to too high”. Before the update this problem did not exist. The EB240 is charged via Solar. If I connect the EB240 to the grid the message did not occur.
The 2nd Problem the EB3A has was the “normal” overload issue. I cann´t rember the old Firmware-Version.
@bumpfmurzel We sent a software update for you, please try to update it to check if the problem can be solved.
Hi,
In Android is no Update. On IOS I can see an update and I installed it. But after installing I see the update again. I also turned the EB3A off and on, but the Firmware is not actived (or has the old Version-Number inside). Whats wrong?
Re reinstalled both apps (iphone and android). No change. No Update on Android, not installed Update on iPhone.
@bumpfmurzel The background checks that you have completed the firmware upgrade. Please try to charge EB3A with EB150 to test.
Is the confusion of labels part of the distraction or manipulation?
The error pattern has not changed.
@bumpfmurzel If the software update can’t solve the problem, I think it has nothing to do with firmware.
Guten Morgen,
Danke Fri
Please check as below:
- Check whether the screen reports an error, such as Temp. If it reports temp, please stop charging and unplug the load, place the EB3A in a cool place, and recharge after 2 hours. If it is winter, put it in a warm place for 2 hours.
- Check if the Circuit Protector on the right side of the AC input port pops up, press it and try AC charging again
- In the power-on state, press and hold the AC ON and LED ON buttons at the same time to check if there is a fault code.
- Upgrade the APP to the latest version
- Try another AC charging cable to test
