My AC300 stopped reporting yesterday

Hi @JTCJC, Can you tell us the SN number of the AC300?
And then we will try to resolve this problem by upgrading the new firmware.

I have 2 AC300’s and yesterday the other one start doing it as well. Please check next post.

One of them has a firmware version,
IOT v9041.06
ARM v4032.11
DSP v4054.04
but we are unable to match them individually. Could you please confirm the firmware version for each unit? Once we have that information, we will push the corresponding firmware updates.

For AC3002209000046243, we can push IOT v9041.10, which specifically addresses this issue. Please let us know the test results after the upgrade.


However, for AC3002439000016656, there is no firmware specifically targeting this issue. We will attempt to push another new firmware. If it does not work, please provide detailed information about the issue with this device so we can investigate further.

The app is not reporting any power stats (grid, pv, ac and dc)

AC3002209000046243 has not received the update yet.

For the AC3002439000016656 it stopped for about 12 hours but is working again. It has not received any update.
