Hi Redbeard. I have logged a similar problem with my 2004 Prado and the input voltage over current error. I cannot complain about the customer service as they have been excellent. Let’s stay in touch to see how the issue is resolved
Cheers
Robin
am having the same issue here.

Hey same problem here was workimg fine now i have the same over current error code did you get it fixed
@Bajamike Sorry for the inconvenience, the following needs to be reconfirmed with you:
1, There are many kinds of green light blinking, such as blinking when charging normally, or blinking when starting up. Does your Charger1 work properly for charging?
2、Can you provide a video containing the flashing Charger1 LED and the recording of the APP for better troubleshooting by the tech team.
Error message
Over current
@Bajamike Hi Miguel, Thanks for the video, this Charger1 is indeed broken and needs to be replaced by contacting the support team.
Please take a screenshot of my reply with the Charger1 SN code and contact the support team at service@bluettipower.com for a replacement. Thanks again for your cooperation!
Hi,
No the issue remains unsolved
Please let me know if yours gets fixed.

Robin
My charger 1 is having the exact same problem.
@Vandalfthegray @RobinC
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please refer to my original post and send the support team the relevant info and video to use for the replacement.
Hi, I also got the over current error. After I did all the updates and disabled adaptive charging
Now, it’s working correctly as long as I haven’t enabled DC output on the Ac200max.
When I do enable DC output, the charger starts and stops every few seconds and makes a short beeping sound, see video.
Is this charger also broken?
I’m having a similar problem but with the red light flashing once every second. It says in the troubleshooting guide that it’s a “startup failed” error but with no offered solution. How do I fix this?
Here’s a video:
I also am having the G002 error. Waiting on a response from Bluetti Support.
Hello bstauth, I ended up doing a warranty claim. There’s no way that error can be solved without sending back the unit. They ended up sending me a new one because it was pretty much still under replacement warranty.
I think this error occurs when you immediately plug the charger back into the power station after changing the voltage. The charger needs to be given time to reboot and recalibrate itself before plugging it back into the power station, 90 or 120 secs i think. Hope this helps.
Thanks. It had been running for a week at the same voltage. Anyway it’s being replaced.
I am now on my second Charger 1 and keep getting this issue
A faulty alternator ( typically due to a faulty voltage regulator) CAN overcharge a battery which would result in a “input overcurrent” error. Did you confirm your alternator is pushing the normal range of about 13.8V to 14.7V? I assume you have the proper gauge wire for your cable run as well, but asking just in case. Recently, I had a defective starter battery that caused my alternator to send WAY too much power (15.2V+) constantly to my battery. Might want to check your battery as well. Your alternator will be under max stress while the engine is idling and the load will only decrease once you bring up the RPMs and drive it. Charger 1 will prematurely kill your alternator if you use it while idling.
thanks for the heads up i will get it checked
Same problem with Charger 1, 4 red flashes and under voltage message. Only about 1v output and no charge.
