@Akel 1. Try connecting AC300 to battery four only and do a calibration. Be sure to discharge it to 0%, then fully recharge it to see if it still reports 098, and whether the battery pack flashes.
2. If 098 is still reported, will it error affect use?

I discharged the battery to zero and at 9A
charged via AC input in standard UPS mode
up to 100%.
Then I turned off AC300 and connected the other three batteries on Battery four.
After turning on the AC300, the total charge was at 99%.
Then I charged to 100% total charge.
After about 2 hours in standard UPS mode and a load of about 1500W at the AC output
Battery four starts flashing again.
There was no error message.
I then set the PV mode to 95%.
When battery four was down to 99% it stopped
flash.
The system then run for 3 hours without any problems.
Then I recharged in standard UPS.
When battery four reached 100% it started blinking again.
When I disconnected the other batteries from battery four, it stopped flashing.
@Akel When the system is charged to 100% and the battery pack flashes, will it affect normal use and will the AC output be turned off?
No…no effect, just the display keeps flashing. The AC output is not switched off.
There is no error message.
When the battery is at 99% or less, it will stop flashing.
@Akel This issue may be caused by the version of battery pack 4 is different from the other 3 battery packs. We will feedback your problem to the R&D department and try to solve the problem.
No…the version’s are all the same…1021.07…that’s not culd be the problem…sorry.
@Akel I’m sorry I get it wrong. Does the flashing mean that the AC300 display is flashing due to malfunction, or is the on/off key of battery 4 flashing? If it does not affect use, I suggest you observe it more. If error 098 is reported and the buzzer is noisy, you can turn off the buzzer sound on the display screen.
As already written, the on/off button on battery 4 flashes when it is charged to 100%… there is no error message… when the battery charge is below 100%, the on/off button stops flashing .
None of this happens if battery 4 is connected to AC300 alone. As soon as another or more batteries are connected, battery 4 flashes at 100% charge.
It flashes 8 times in a row and then lightens for about 4 seconds before it starts flashing again.
Is it so difficult for Bluetti’s experts to find the cause?
@Akel We have pushed the new BMS firmware 102108 to you. Please try upgrading the firmware and test it.
Hello,
I have updated the new firmware on all batteries.
Battery has been running at 100% for 5 hours without it
On/Off switch flashes.
The changed firmware seems to have fixed the error.
What have your technicians changed?
Have the BMS tolerances of the batteries been changed?
Hopefully there are no negative effects
on the charging/discharging balance of the batteries
among themselves.
I will continue testing and reporting.
In any case, first of all I would like to thank you
for your efforts so far Frank.

@Akel The firmware will not affect the charging/discharging balance of the batteries among themselves.
O.k.
Thank you for your help and nice Christmas!
