I hate these firmware updates man. They always seem to do more bad than good when you are trading off form over functionality. With that said, let me be fair to say switching brands often has a placebo effect because we unjustly bias that BECAUSE its different, it will just work. They both share common components. They both utilize firmware/software updates. The reality is Ecoflow items can brick just as much as Bluettis. They are not immune either. This is why I tell everyone to read the return policy fully and customer support is vitally important. It sucks when it happens to you (I’ve had several Bluettis break on me) but customer support was great (in my experience) and hassle free, which is the most important.

Yeah, all of them can brick and come riddled with bugs on release. From what I know, Delta 3 had 40 Watts idle consumprion before they fixed that with firmware.
But you should agree that with this one it could not be any more “perfect”, considering location and timing)

Хорошая новость для тех, кто хочет интегрировать станцию Bluetti в умный дом Home Assistant

Может это оффтоп для темы поломок Elite\Premium, но лично я провел интеграцию, чтобы не заходить в мобильное приложение и не проспать, когда нужно снижать потребляюмую мощность. Днем, мне проще открыть закладку в браузере и проверить параметры станций. К тому же теперь можно создать сценарии автоматизации. Например не включать бойлеры, пока Bluetti не зарядятся до 100%.

Пока информации очень мало, не видна даже потребляемая мощность. Проект развивается. Этот официальный API использует подключение к облаку (все еще), но есть якобы обещания получать информацию напрямую, через Wi-Fi, в скором времени.

пока выключил экорежим и не экспериментировал. постоянно включена. перспектива остаться без электропитания грузит. ну и да, на улице +4.

Остается либо разбирать, либо отдавать в сервис.

Hi @Vika, we’d like to check if your Elite 100 V2 is experiencing any issues at all. If there are no malfunctions, there is absolutely no need for concern and you can use it as normal. Even if you take the Elite 100 V2 purchased in Germany to Ukraine, you can still get support from our partnered repair center there.
Of course, if you are still in Germany and would like to switch to another model, we will do our best to assist you with this.

Судячи з тих симптомів що ви описали, вийшов з ладу давач температури BMS. BMS мають контролювати температуру акумулятора, часто в кількох точках батареї. Якщо несправний датчик видавав занадто високу температуру то його охолодження могло давати той ефект, що ви писали. Очевидно що він зараз просто остаточно зіпсувався. Теоретично замінити той датчик не є дуже великою проблемою. Але може бути проблемою його встановити правильно щоб він коректно міряв температуру саме акумулятора. Якщо ви не маєте досвіду ремонту силової електроніки то звісно ж краще зверніться в сервіс. Але у офіційному, черги просто величезні зараз і до речі це стосується не лише Bluetti.

Judging by the symptoms you described, the BMS temperature sensor has failed. BMSs are supposed to monitor the battery temperature, often at several points on the battery. If the faulty sensor gave out too high a temperature, then its cooling could have the effect you wrote about. Obviously, it has simply completely broken down now. Theoretically, replacing that sensor is not a big problem. But it may be a problem to install it correctly so that it correctly measures the temperature of the battery. If you do not have experience in repairing power electronics, then of course it is better to contact the service. But in the official one, the queues are simply huge now and by the way, this applies not only to Bluetti.

I need technical assistance with my Bluetti Premium 100 V2.

Important context: The unit was 100% charged and left turned on (idle) for about 3 days. After this period, it became unresponsive.

Current Problem description:

  1. The unit cannot be turned on via the power button.
  2. It only wakes up if I connect an external power source to the XT60 port.
  3. Once it is “awake” via XT60, it stays on even if I disconnect the XT60, but it refuses to charge from the AC wall outlet (grid).
  4. If I manually turn the unit off, it stays dead and won’t turn back on without another XT60 “jumpstart”.
  5. The battery is still at 100%, so this is not a discharge issue. It seems like a BMS or firmware lockup.

Device info:

  • Model: Bluetti Premium 100 V2
  • Serial Number (SN): PR100V22528008454322
  • Communication Board SN: IOT2530016884135

Firmware Status (Screenshot attached): According to the Bluetti app, all systems are up to date:

  • ARM: v2186.16
  • DSP: v2200.14
  • BMS: v1083.08

Despite having the latest firmware, the “no-start” and “no-AC-charging” issues persist. Please provide instructions for a hard reset or advise on the warranty repair process.

Hi @Sasha_P, this new firmware has changed the display logic.
It shows active power when the output power is within 1800W.
You can decide whether to upgrade according to your needs.
