I found it didn’t take long to get it started recharging by this method.Once the buttons came back to life I was able to switch to AC charging from the mains.

Will that second charger I linked work? I don’t have a car or another battery.

Thanks. I’m leaning towards just getting a replacement or refund but I’ll see if support gets back to me first.
