Apex 300 not detecting solar input

I installed the firmware provided by Bluetti to fix the problem. I have been using my Apex 300 with it for the past two days. Now I have both PV inputs pulling some watts, but one input is pulling much more than the other. Both PV inputs are now pulling minimal solar energy. I pulled a total 0.10 kwh today. I pulled 0.20 kWh yesterday.
I was pulling 0.40 kWh when I firstly reported the problem. Before the problem have even happened I was pulling normally 0.90 kWh to 1.0 kWh. The firmware only turned the problem even worse! Is there anything that I can do? Am I having a machine with a defect that can not be fixed? The machine worked well until I installed the second Bluetti provided firmware update!

Just wanted to update that I have not gone in and updated any software ( not sure if they have a way to push it without me installing it ) by over the past5 days my system is working how it should.

@seanathanq83 What firmware have you updated to?
I had been testing the following set:
DSP V2174.12
ARM v2204.12
BMS 1073.07 (no change)
BMS B300 V1014.18
BMS B300k V1067.13

The behavior has improved but is not fixed 100% for me. In the past, I would get PV power drop off (where it is not pulling any power but just showing voltage) frequently. Now, I haven’t seen that when the SOC is <90% for at least a week. But I’ve seen the drop off 2x when the SOC is between 98-100%. How, I know the charging should stop at full charge, but it doesn’t seem to restart when SOC drops. If I unplug and re-plug the PV cable, then it would pull power again. I am continuing to follow up with Bluetti support

@Paulor100 What is your SOC? What firmware are you using? What voltage are you seeing on those PV inputs? Do you have another MPPT to check the solar input? In my system, power drops drastically when there is any shade on the panel, and there are more shade now as the sun gets lower (in northern hemisphere)

This is what I am at currently

v2204.12 was the ARM that I was updated to which fixed the cut off issue at lower SOC. But it still cut off sometimes at high SOC. I am now testing a new IOT v8026.13 and ARM v2204.13 that may resolve the MPPT PV input issue at high SOC. These are likely test builds, and if it works, probably will roll out broadly in Nov. I’ll let you know what I find.

I have the same issue. Solarx 4k connected through B300K then on to Apex 300. Solarx receiving power just fine but just stops passing power on. After stopping one day without my doing anything it started working the next day and after working all day and part of this morning just quit sending power on. Very frustrating.
