AC500 Issue with statistics

I have AC500+2 B300S
After some updates in the app,
Daily Power Profile
Energy Statistics
SOC Trend

are empty from 20-22Jul (( Im try to reauth in General settings for Data Analysis Service but no effect((

IOT 9041.06
ARM 4048.04
DSP 4047.30
BMS 1022.09

There are multiple things that can trigger wrong or missing data.

1.) There might be a discrepancy due to data transmission issue between the device and the App. @BLUETTI_CARE Can check it with the SN

2.) State of Charge (SOC) inaccuracy: Another possibility is that the SoC readings might not be accurate, leading to inconsistencies between reported solar prodiction and actual SoC levels.

Thank you for @Selfmadestrom’s answer. Currently, there have been a few similar cases reported. Our R&D department has resolved this problem with the new IoT firmware.

Strange things, but only in 2.4GHz WiFi in mode wpa2-personal and lower it works

In mode wpa2/wpa3 personal not works, but before upgrade all was good.

Hi @neosss, Our devices indeed only support 2.4G WiFi. We’re not sure why the upgrade affected your WiFi signal, but we’ve already submitted a request to revert to the original IOT version v9041.06, as per your request. This process will be completed within 12 hours.

Please proceed with the downgrade tomorrow, ensuring that no loads are connected during the process.

Now, today I received new firmware IOT for rollbak.
Problem with connect in wpa2/wpa3 mode fixed. All works with wifi.
But after installing upgrade, message with upgrade button still standing.

How to fix it?
Upgrade installed, issue fixed, only message leaves

I have informed our engineer to delete the upgrade message. It should be fulfilled in 12 hours.
