Thank you
@Razowski Thank you. You can update the BMS version to 1022.10 to test in 6 hours. Please note that only a single battery pack needs to be connected when upgrading.
@BLUETTI_CARE : thanks to you… Update done on the 4x B300s… Wait and see (all B300s at 99% so aligned).

@OpaleTrotzig I have noticed im having the same issue. As soon as my AC500/B300S hits 90% i go from 1900W to 650W. My B300S never gets to 100%. Did the Push update that the Bluetti Team sent you fix the issue? @BLUETTI_CARE My AC500/B300S system is doing the same thing. Can I get an update to fix this issue?
Here are my versions.
AC500:
B300S (4x):
I have the same problem if I only connect 1 B300S. Then the AC500 throttles the PV input at 90%.
Most likely to conserve battery life.
With 2 B300S connected the PV is not throttled.
Doesn’t really make sense, not to throttle the PV if 2 B300S are connected.
But as an owner I would like to decide if I want to be able to control the throttle via setting.
HI @BuzzSawB, We have received your firmware information. Could you also provide us with the SN Number of your AC500? This will allow us to push the new firmware to you.
Additionally, following @OpaleTrotzig’s suggestion, when connecting two B300S batteries, are you able to fully charge them?
Please also try disconnecting the batteries and charging the B300S unit individually. Are they able to charge fully in that case?
@BLUETTI_CARE My AC500 Serial Number AC5002252000534223
Yes I can charge the B300S to 100% with grid or solar with no load. But as soon as I add a load, it will never take enough to charge to 100% because it throttles back the PV input. I uploaded a 1 minute video of my unit going back and forth 89%-90% during the afternoon, on a clear sunny day in Arizona. I get 1.6kw from my solar but as soon as the battery hits 90% it throttles way down.
Here are Screenshots of My SOC and PV input. And as you can see, Im getting good PV input just until the battery hits around 90% and then It cuts it in half, never to make it to 100%.
Hi @BuzzSawB, we found that you contacted our email support, and our colleague has applied to upgrade the firmware for you.
Our IT department has pushed the new DSP405930 and BMS102213 to your device.
Please upgrade it.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
@BLUETTI_CARE
Great news! The update worked. I was able to charge up to 100% without throttling back the PV input!
Thank you for your help!
