Hi @magicpurplecow, that is weird, I have reported it to our engineer.
Can you take a video or some photos to show this problem?
Is there any error code on the Bluetti app? Meanwhile, please tell you your cellphone model and app version.
If you agree, we can also roll back your firmware to the initial version, which might resolve the issue.

New update from 27.08 resolved this issue. It wasnā€™t working, now it does. The UI also changed a bit. Works on both phones now

Iā€™ve been able to test the charging with low voltage once already.
I had 185v or so, it was charging. One test may not be enough, but considering where I live, Iā€™ll test it more than onceā€¦
