AC180P Manual Setup Mode

Hello everyone. New forum member here. I just received my new AC180P and I tried to enter the setup mode manually by following the instructions in the owner’s manual:

4 .1.2.Settings
• Setting mode: When the screen is on and the AC output is off, press and hold the AC and DC power buttons for about 2 seconds to enter Setting mode

However, the unit does not go into settings mode.

Are there any other procedures that need to be done for settings mode to be activated manually?

The screen does not change at all. The only indication you are in settings mode is “60hz” will blink every few seconds below the output side, next to “watts”. Pressing AC button cycles through 50hz or 60hz. Pressing and holding AC button for 3 seconds enables/disbales power lifting mode. Pressing DC button cycles on ECO mode on or off. Press and hold DC + AC buttons to save changes.
