@BLUETTI_CARE
Greeting!
I guess I have the same problem, during last month I have blackouts 4-5 times a day, and for 1 last week 1-2 times a day my AC180 just shuts off when grid goes off, I’ve tried to search for some logs in app but there is none. Maybe it needs to update firmware to.

I’ve wrote at another topic but those message on “pending” and i’m afraid that i did something wrong, so sorry for double post.
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
I want to add some additional info.
It looks like situation with AC180 completely switches off in UPS occurs only when input AC voltage less than 208V. So, it is like there is, for example, 208V AC input, then power outage and AC180 switches off completely. If AC power reappear than AC180 switches on, but it will not switch on its own AC output despite “System Switch Recovery” being enabled in “Advanced settings”. If I manually switch on AC180 than it works as it should. If input AC voltage more than 215V – the AC180 works perfectly in UPS mode without any problems.
I have another one AC180 in different location where I use voltage stabilizer. And I never get described above bihavior there with UPS mode in AC180.
As I can see there is newer version of DSP.
Maybe you could push firmware update to my AC180 please?
Best Regards, Serhii
Hi @bluetti_sergiisivakgmailcom, regarding this matter, we have pushed the new DSP212604, please upgrade and test it, we expect your feedback.
Hi @Omgnonono, thank you for contacting us.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
I applied update for my AC1802410020632155. Tested when input AC voltage was 208V. Working as it should. Thank you.
I have my second AC180. It is
AC1802314000057379
ARP v2074.08
DSP v2078.06
BMS v1033.12
Could you push please an update to it too?
Thank you
Serhii
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
I updated on my AC180 DSP from v2078.06 to v2078.07.
It is charging with input AC 198V now. UPS function works as well (without completely shutting down AC180). One time got alarm E117 – Grid Oscillation. But think it was real frequency deviation in grid.
Thank you.
Hi @bluetti_sergiisivakgmailcom, thank you for contacting us.
We have pushed the new DSP v207807 to your second AC180, too. Have you received it?
We hope it helps.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ,
Yes, I received the new DSP v207807 and updated my second AC180. Three days ago I wrote exactly about second AC180. All is Ok. Thank you.
Greatings @BLUETTI_CARE
Aplied update, 2 days for now, everithing works, no shutdowns. Thank you!
Hi @bluetti_sergiisivakgmailcom and @Omgnonono, thank you for your update.
We are glad to hear that, and share this good news with our engineers.
Cheers!
