Hello I have the ac180 model and i use it for ups for my desktop computer. Recently during thunderstorms I would loose power briefly and the ac180 was not fast enough to keep the computer powered on. This has occurred 4 times recently and has not worked as a ups. My serial number is ac1802448000950644. The unit is always plugged in at full charge and the desktop computer uses less than 100 watts. There is no error code.

Check your app settings for Advanced - Grid Self Adaptation turned off. When it’s OFF - battery switch time is lowest as possible, if ON - it’s like x2 longer to switch to backup.
