Will try to…quite difficult while on the road. We cant just send the unit back if we rely on it…but I will contact your team to see what we can do. Perhaps close to May we may be able to settle for a bit to a place to then be able to send the unit for replacement/repair.

Hi @Tio, Yes, the repair process may take some time, which could cause inconvenience in your daily life.
We are concerned that your upgrade was not successful. The system shows that the BMS is still upgrading rather than completed. Could you try upgrading again?
In addition to the BMS update, we have also pushed a new DSP v2126.04 to your AC180. Please upgrade both, then recalibrate and test.
