Hello, i have same problem like other guys - my device does not charge when grid voltage drop to 180v and sometimes even lower(error 114). I turn on grid self-adaption option in settings and silent charging mode but it does not help.
Could u provide custom firmware solution for my device?

Hi @bluetti_sssawa298gmailcom, we’ve noticed that your AC180P is already running the latest firmware version. Unfortunately, we’re unable to push a firmware update at this time.
Low or unstable voltage may be preventing charging. Could you please try enabling Silent Charging Mode? We hope this resolves the issue.

Hello @BLUETTI and @BLUETTI_CARE , I followed the instructions provided in the app: installed the latest firmware version, turned on grid self adaption and set the charging mode to silent. The voltage is around 180V, but unfortunately the charging doesn’t work :(
