I’m also looking for a firmware update.
My EB3A won’t go past 155 on a wall plug in charge.
Hoping it’s a firmware issue only.
Thanks

This is occurring on Standard mode. I also tried silent and turbo with the same results as I tried to troubleshoot.

@canadacup Maybe the internal temperature is too high, the charging current will be limited when the temperature is high, so the charging power will be limited.
Why can’t I see the update? What could be?

Hi @Alexxx
did you connect to the unit by bluetooth? Did you check your provided SN for any mistakes?
To receive Update, your Phone also needs to connected to the internet.
If all theese cases are good on your side, this shouldnt be a problem to receive.
greetings
Erik
I received the first update, but they told me that they will send another update, it does not come for some reason
@Alexxx I’m sorry I don’t know the exact reason why you can’t receive the firmware. If it can’t be fixed in this way, please contact the after-sale for repair.
I just bought my bluetti EB3A and have to take it in for repair right away?
Judging by the reviews on this forum, you are selling a faulty product. You know about the problems, but you continue to sell defective charging stations.
Bluetti EB70 two days after purchase, when charging from a 220V network, nothing was connected to it, showed a short circuit error.
I had to repair it myself and change the burnt transistors. Here is my repair video https://youtu.be/2yXOJVfKIrM?si=yQZbFF4exuTrmkJe
bluetti EB3A immediately after purchase does not work properly.
There is no service center in our country bluetti. Are you selling low quality products.

In a room with a temperature of 20 ° C, the station, when charging in standard mode, gave an overheating error.
It is not normal!
Can you solve the problems listed above?
I have only charged it indoors in an air conditioned environment and outdoors last week when it was 19°C and in a shaded area.
The fans runs ALOT, perhaps I need to send it back as a faulty unit and have it replaced?
I have the same problem.
My station has a consumption of over 53W apparent power and 8-9W Real power wen Apparently off / in standby.
And Regularly Over 100W.
It also Gets real hot( kind of scary) and the fan is kinking in regularly.
This is far from the Advertised 2-3W standby power.
It’s more like 30W if you take the regular 100W power draw into account.
I would not consider this normal. and its not as advertised.
My station has the same problems and also is not charging properly from DC 12V
They acknowledged the problem. and promised to fix it by me buying a new cable or new firmware.
but they never fixed it. now that i claimed a warranty return they only want to give me back 20%
