I’m looking for the best growth light bulb for indoor plants, but honestly, the more I examine it, the more confused I am. Since we grow several kinds of plants in a room where there is not much sunlight, we really need things that are reliably effective in the long term.
I read a lot of reviews such as Wirecutter, Lifewire, Gardening section of the NY Times and checked blogs like Epic Gardening and The Spruce. As far as we can see, most people have two main options.

Honestly, I don’t intend to promote anything, I just want suggestions from the community. Although I did research properly, both of them look almost the same and offer powerful full-spectrum lighting, so I have not decided yet.
