Elite 100 V2 silent dead after 3 weeks

Hi @eehor, To address this issue, please first rule out the impact of ambient temperature.
Next, could you try charging the device with a car charger? This might help wake up the deeply dormant battery.
Additionally, could you provide us with the SN code and current firmware version of your Premium 100 V2?
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact the repair station of our distributor in Ukraine, as we do not have our own service center locally. Please send us a private message if you need the contact information of the repair station.

We have indeed taken note of these cases and attach great importance to them.
We attempted to reproduce the issue previously, but the attempt was unsuccessful. Therefore, we will contact the repair station to obtain more information and conduct an in-depth analysis. We all hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The temperature in my apartment is 24 degrees Celsius. I described everything else in this message:

What should I do? Your product doesn’t meet the stated specifications and is broken due to your fault! Have you at least investigated this issue, or should I take my station to a service center (I’m from Ukraine)? We have no power for 16 hours a day.

Ребята, это какой-то ужас. Такое ощущение, что вместо нормальной технической поддержки на этом форуме сидит некая девочка из Китая, или в лучшем случае из теплой европейской страны. И все, что она может посоветовать - нагреть станцию до комнатной температуры или отдать ее в авторизированный сервисный центр. Это все, для меня бренд Bluetti перестал существовать. Самый худший бренд на рынке зарядных станций, с которым мне доводилось сталкиваться.

If anyone has the same problem as described above, please join the discussion on the Reddit forum. Perhaps this will force the manufacturer to do something, rather than simply recommending “warming the station up to room temperature.”

@wirys32 Если вкратце, то:

Я принял решение впредь не покупать модели Bluetti дешевле/классом ниже модели Apex 300.
AC200L (PL) - это единственная модель классом ниже, которая не имела проблем “из коробки”.
Будь у меня хрустальный шар предсказывающий будущее, я кубил бы Delta 3 на 100 баксов дороже в октябре вместо Premium 100.
Тем более, что сейчас у них цена одинаковая.

А у Вас Преміум 100 зараз працює нормально? В постійному режимі UPS?

Пока да, но:

  • я отдал ее родственнику, у которого она работает 24/7 в режиме UPS, не выключаясь;
  • у меня BMS V1083.10, которая есть всего у нескольких человек на планете и пока неизвестно, влияет ли она на что-либо
