I have this exact issue, mine is shutting off at 44% consistently. I’d appreciate the firmware update as well.

Thank you for the reply and the latest firmware upgrade (it was ARM v2063.03 to v2063.04) Unfortunately it didn’t resolve the problem. Pretty sure the BMS isn’t functioning correctly and showing an inaccurate SOC is an obvious sign even after charge/discharge cycle(s). I don’t wish to bog this thread up any further as it doesn’t “fit” the overall nature of this thread and associated replies from the community so should I contact Bluetti on alterative channels or can we perhaps take this elsewhere? I also have a similar issue with my AC70 which I’d like to discuss. Awaiting your advisement,

Hi @bary, We are not entirely sure if the new firmware can fully fix this issue, but we will still apply to push the firmware for you.
They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
If it doesn’t work, please try recalibrating.

I also am experiencing this issue. No matter how many times I try to calibrate it it still shuts off around 50% and won’t turn on again until its plugged into AC.

My Eb3A shuts off when it reaches 76%, I have tried to do the drain down and recharged with little or no change. Someone please send me the firmware

Hello, To assist you further, please consider the following points:
- Is the machine charging normally or powering any devices? Have you turned on the ECO mode?
- If the machine is not charging and AC or DC is off, it will automatically shut down after one minute to save power.
- If the machine is in ECO mode without any load or with very low power, it will automatically turn off AC and DC after 1 to 4 hours (the specific time can be set in the app) and then shut down after some time.
- If the machine is only charging via PV and AC or DC is off, it will stop charging at night and shut down after one minute, only to reactivate the next morning when PV charging resumes.
- Please check the error code screen to see if there are any historical error codes.

My EB3A won’t charge after i ran it down until it shut off.Now it reads 100% and wont charge.I tried using a laptop charger and it went 99% and stays there
