Congrats to all the winners
@BLUETTI I was fortunate to win one of the X20 power banks in this competition. I was wondering if there is any update as to when I might receive the prize? Thanks
I received mine pretty quickly. Hope you get yours soon.
Eric, yes I did claim the prize with @BLUETTI. I was told ānil stockā in AU and a delivery of February 2025. Itās now the middle of Feb. and Iāve heard nothing.
I can find it available on the Bluetti AU website.
I won the same prize and it was sent out quickly to The Netherlands from EU stock. (Short review here) Perhaps it lost attention for some reason. You already tagged Bluetti Admin with it. Iām sure it will be picked up as the other winners can verify that prizes have been sent out to the winners. I hope they can provide you with a shipping data and/or tracking code. Mine was sent via GLS Parcel but I donāt know which shipping company Bluetti AU is using.
@TheQuickFox - I am aware of the AU website, I visit it regularly. It has, until very recently, shown it as āOut of Stockā The comments are appreciated, however, I did tag my post to @BLUETTI and am awaiting their reply.
Itās 3 hours ago. Bluetti staff here at the forums most likely work from China and may need some time to reply. Your ping was just 3 hours ago. Even if something went wrong, Iām sure you will be helped to find out what that was. February is not over yet. So they still have time to deliver it within the promised time. I hope you get an update soon. If they work today on Saturday you probably get a reply today and if not then probably next monday during Chinese business hours. They may need to check with their Australian department for the status to give you an update.
Sorry for late reply due to weekend.
Iāve checked with the warehouse team, and they confirmed that the X20 has just arrived at the AU warehouse. Itās currently in the queue to be shelved, and your prize is expected to be sent within 3-4 business days. No worry ā itās on its way!
@BLUETTI - Thanks for your reply, I thought the weekend would be in the way, lol. I look forward to receiving the X20, using it and adding to some of the other comments here with my thoughts.
@BLUETTI and all, Received the X20 this morning, well worth the wait. Thank you Bluetti for the prize. As usual, very well packaged, arriving in pristine condition. I am currently charging the power bank as well as draining my laptop battery.
My first comment - After unboxing, I had a quick look at the User Manual to locate which adaptor tip would fit my Dell Inspiron laptop, #7 marked āDā. Wrong, way to big to fit. After picking out the 2 smallest tips, trying them, I found the only one that fits to be #15 marked āPā meant for HP. Not a big issue, A fit is better than no fit, lol. I guess laptop manufacturers have so many plugs and change them periodically.
My laptop is currently set to custom power mode via the My Dell App. I set it to stop charging at 80%SOC and to not start charging until the battery is less than 50%SOC. This effectively means that an external power source, whether AC power brick, DC adaptor or the X20, it is only running the laptop, not charging its battery.
My first connection showed around 8 to 10W at idle and around 18W playing a movie. As to charging, Iām running the laptop on battery only, to lower below 50% and once there will connect the X20 to see what its W draw is. (Charging with laptop off and then charging whilst on.)
Thatās a minimum of 12 hours extra run time for moderate laptop use, or 2-3 movies before biting into the laptop internal battery. My CAD system uses the most system resources, excluding movies, showing around 12-13W of power use.
Mmmmm.
Hereās a pic of my laptop āMy Dellā App when the laptop was at low 40% charge and on 240VAC grid power via the Dell power brick. All happy and charging at a rate of 52%/hr.
However, less than a minute later, connected to the X20, nothing else changed and not charging.

The X20 display showed 7W draw. I know the laptop will charge from a 90W, 12VDC adaptor I use in my RV and only pulls around 65W @ 19VDC.
The other issue I found was that when I ran a MP4 video, which has normal good quality sound, using the X20 connected, the sound was so distorted as to be inaudible.
Prior to this, I had fully charged the X20 from one of my AC180s USB-C ports, with no issue, other than the AC180s fan going flat out, even at around 61W after reaching 90+% SoC.
Has anyone else had these issues?
Hi @Mandp
i also have some weird behavior when try to charge with USB-C. It charges full power and disconnect for a second and charge again. The āLaptopā Port works for me. What to keep in mind with the Laptop Port, its 20V. I do have multiple laptops and the original ac adapter sometimes only deliever 19V. So be carefull and make sure that laptop actually supports 20V
Thanks Eric, I was aware of the 19V-20V disparity and for the moment am not connecting it. My laptop does not support USB-C charging, its āCā port is data in/out and a small power out to run external drives.
When I first connected the X20 the discharged laptop was turned off. The X20 showed no power output to the laptop and the laptop power LED was off. I then turned the laptop on and part booting, I got a warning screen that said an unrecognised non Dell power source was detected. I had to disconnect the Dell from the X20 for the boot to continue.
Looks like, unless or until I replace my laptop with USB-C charging, I use my 12VDC variable voltage cig plug laptop adaptor at 19V, from my RV house LFP or the AC180 cig skt.
Iāve been recharging the X20 from an X60 via USBc without any issues. I also havenāt noticed any sound distortions on the laptop. Iāll test that further with a film over the weekend though.
@Tezzabee - What is an X60? I donāt have any issues charging the X20, the issue is charging & running my laptop from the X20 as mentioned to Eric.
Discovered another issue this morning - I have amongst others a Samsung Galaxy Tab and a Galaxy Flip phone.
I got the Tab charging cable that it was supplied with, plugged one end into the X20s USB-C port, the other into the Tab with no result. I then tried the Flip phone cable into the X20 USB-C port, same result. Both cables were tried with both devices and no charging.
I then used the X20s provided USB-C cable on both devices and both charge. I know that not all USB-C cables are equal, lol, particularly power cables. I 've collected a large number of USB cables over the years, A, C micro A etc etc. along with adaptors that will change one type to any other including gender benders. So far the only cable that will charge from the X20 is the one that it was supplied with. Better not lose it, lol.
The X20 USB-A ports have no issues, albeit at a lower charge rate. As an aside, the Flip phone only drew 8W from the X20 A port and the Tab 13W from the C port to top upā¦
The X20 will still come in very handy when Iām out prospecting, particularly in the 4x4 when away from base camp.
I carry 2 mobile phones, the Galaxy Tab, wireless headphones, wireless neck speakers (both for the detector), a couple of small rechargeable LED lights, some of the smaller Ryobi 5VDC USB batteries, camera gear and a couple of smaller power banks that are all USB rechargeable.
(Another set of headphones for TV/stereo.)
@Mandp Hi Mike!
The X20 is compatible with 90% of laptops on the market. The issue of slow charging or failure to charge may be due to compatibility with your Dell laptop.
Do you have another laptop available to test whether charging works normally?
Hi, the X60 is Bluettiās larger Cpap back up battery. I won the X60, but donāt use a Cpap, so I am using it as a DC charger for the X20 via its 100w USBc output. It saves me from using my other Bluettis for this as they all have other jobs. Due to its shape it also fits down the side of a desk nicely.
Since receiving the X20 I have just been plugging stuff in and charging it, phone, laptop, Chromebook, rechargeable lamp and so on. I havenāt noticed any issues. I donāt have an app for the laptop, but the chromebook will give a warning if there is an issue with the charging source and there have been no warnings. I tried some devices today after reading your post. I plugged in my Samsung A55 phone and my laptop (an 8 year old MSI with no USBc input). The laptop was off, but started charging. The phone charged at āsuperfastā charging speed via the USBc. I have an old Galaxy Tab somewhere and will dig it out and also test that.
I actually forgot about the Bluetti USBc cable until you mentioned it. I have several Anker cables that came with various smaller devices / chargers 60w/65w/100w. I have found they all work fine with the X20.
Edit: I tried to Galaxy Tab, itās an ancient Tab S4. It was completely flat as I replaced it with the Chromebook some time ago. It originally came with a USB to USBc lead for charging. That works fine. It is also charging fine with one of the Anker USBc cables.
@BLUETTI I do have other old laptops. My Wife and I both currently use the same model Dell Inspiron @ 19V - 65W, Win 11 Home laptops.
I still have 3 older laptops, the one I finally managed to boot up as it has not been used for 2 years or more is a HP 15-da0094TU @ 19.5V - 2.31A - 45W - Win 10 - 64 bit is currently charging from the X20 at 43W. In a short space of time it has gone from 10% SoC to 24% SoC.
It would appear that our current Dell laptops fit in the 5% that wonāt work. For years, our previous laptops have all been HP. Our current Dell laptops are the first of this brand we have owned.
I also played a movie on the resurrected Win 10 laptop perfect volume with no interference.
The X20 is working as advertised and I am happy with that. So the issue is with my current laptop.
As an aside, I also have a much older HP laptop (C 2007) using Windows Vista as the OS. The battery is well past its used by date, however it does boot from the AC wall adaptor and has software I canāt transfer. I plugged it into the X20 and it booted as it would on AC with no issue. I also played the same movie with no audio issues.
