I have the same problem with one of our office devices backup - AC200MAX: can’t on/off AC or DC via station display, can’t reset it from display buttons. I can only on/off AC or DC via Bluetti app.
I think we need your ARM-update. Can you do this for us?

I have the same issue with the screen - AC/DC not responding. Luckily Iam able to on/off via the App.
There are no updates available. Can you please help me ?

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE , there is no update for me. In Bluetti App → My Devices → AC200M → Settings wheel → Update … it says Iam up to date. Can you check, if everything is OK? Thank you

The technical team informed me that they believe the new firmware would not help in this case, so they did not push the update to your unit. They recommend proceeding with a return for repair instead.
