Hello!
DSP updated to v2126.04 version
Now the UPS mode works correctly at 100% charge.
I am very thankful for your help!

I will leave my experience.

  1. There is no gride. A refrigerator is connected to the device. Power 150 watts. Everything works. The gride on, the device switches to the bypass mode - it will work under load, the device is charged. Scored 100%, everything is ok. As soon as the light disappeared, the device turned off completely. It is not possible to turn on remotely. It is necessary to approach and push button. On 3 blackouts, the behavior is the same.
  2. The device is charged to 100%. It works as a bypass, for the refrigerator. After 6.5 hours - turned off. Even without turning off gride.
    Sadly.

Hello! @BLUETTI_CARE
I received the update 2 days ago (DSP updated to version 2126.04), installed it. I checked several times. Now the UPS mode works correctly. Thank you very much for your help, I am very grateful to you.

Hi!
I just want to remind you that the issue has not been solved, as I mentioned here AC180P turns off randomly - #480 by VSM
I’m still on the DSP 2088,99 (it still shows as 2088.04 in the app). We haven’t moved an inch regarding this for two months.

Also, the fan issue has begun to occur after reaching 100% charge in UPS mode. Maybe due to high room temperatures, not sure, but I have to unplug the station from the grid anyway to make it stop taking off, as I mentioned here AC180 & AC180P Fans

I just want to get a straight answer about whether it makes sense to write you these love letters and if you are going to do anything about this issue. If not, then I will stop and not waste my time.

Hello, @BLUETTI_CARE

I have the same problem with the UPS mode: device is turned off when grid is down.

Please send me the new firmware update.

Hello everyone, we have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department for the customers who have already provided their SN codes and DSP information. They will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @Andrii_Krap, @t.franko and @Beredom, Thank you for letting us know, I am glad to hear that the problem is resolved!

Hi @john222, can you tell us why you want to upgrade the firmware?
Do you have the same problem as others, that the AC180P turn off randomly? If so, please tell us the current DSP version. Then we will push the new DSP to resolve this problem.
If there is no problem, we don’t suggest you upgrade the firmware.

Hi @Nikkky, can you tell us why you want to upgrade the BMS firmware?
We have pushed the new DSP to resolve the problem about the AC180P turn off randomly. Does it help?
If there is no other problem, we don’t suggest you upgrade the BMS firmware.

Thank you @BLUETTI_CARE, DSP has been updated from v2126.02 to v2126.04, I am testing the UPS mode, I will write about the results. Question: what is the difference between DSP firmware v2126.04 and v2088.99, are these for different hardware versions or serial numbers?

Благодарю ! Все работает .

Ок, Thanks!
I have already updated the firmware and am monitoring the operation of the device

Hi @VSM, We have previously responded to these issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your request. We have made efforts to develop new firmware DSP v2088.99 to minimize the impact of the fan operation, but we cannot completely disable the fan.
If you are willing, we can roll back to the standard version of DSP v2088.04, which can effectively resolve the random turn-off issue on the AC180P.
To ensure better cooling and battery safety, the fan will indeed automatically turn on based on actual usage and battery temperature. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, this software policy cannot be changed.
Additionally, the noise level of our machines complies with the standards, and a certain level of noise is unavoidable.

Well, that’s a lie, because the fans shouldn’t work at 100% speed FOREVER under 100 watts load like it’s an 1800 watts load and INSTANTLY return to minimal speed when you cross that magical barrier of 100 watts. That was repeated in this thread (and not only here) dozens of times! And I say it again: stop putting words in my mouth because I and others never asked to completely disable the fan.

As far as I understand, you produced two faulty models (AC180 and AC180P), your release testing is a joke and you are not going to do anything about it. Got it.
