We recommend that you remove the load and then restart the device. If the problem still cannot be resolved, it will be necessary to arrange for warranty service.

Hi thank you for asking. We have had a remarkable stretch of stable power. I have all 3 of them plugged into mains hoping for some on/off behavior from the grid. So far, they’re all staying up with no issues. I will certainly let you know if something happens after the firmware updates. We will most certainly get unstable grid behavior soon enough. For now, everything is great. Please thank the engineers for asking what the status is.

i am having the same issues with my ac180, ac short then no output, i have other bluetti that work no issues for years, unintentionally i moved the ac180 to a surge protector, it stopped shorting, but went i connected it to solar charging it shorted, please help
